Strawberry Jello Recipe

Use this strawberry jello recipe for a crowd pleasing quick and easy dessert recipe.

Kids love the taste and texture of jello, and this recipe provides an easy way to get your children involved in the kitchen.


Strawberry Jello Mousse Dessert


3 ounces strawberry jello
1 pint frozen strawberries
1/2 pint whipping cream
More whipping cream for garnish


Defrost the frozen strawberries. Prepare the jello according to the instructions on the box and using the juice from the berries as part of the liquid required. Place the jello in the fridge. When it begins to jell, add the berries and the whipped cream. Pour into 6-8 champagne or parfait glasses. Chill and serve.

TIP: For a lovely charlotte, double the recipe. Line a 9" springform pan with ladyfingers. Pour in the mousse. Garnish with additional whipped cream and strawberries.
