Strawberry Vanilla Bread
This strawberry vanilla bread recipe is perfect for last minute dessert ideas or breakfast recipes. Keep the ingredients handy in your freezer and pantry and you'll be ready to go at a moment's notice!
Sometimes we're caught off guard when unexpected company announces that they're going to arrive in 30 minutes. Been there, right? As panic takes hold, we wonder what we're going to serve.
A quick look in the pantry and we realize we're all out of cake and/or cookies. What's a girl/guy to do? Well, if you're smart, and I know you are, you'll always have some instant pudding in the cupboard and some frozen strawberries in the freezer...sounds like the perfect start to whipping up this strawberry vanilla bread.

Strawberry Vanilla BreadIngredients
1. Preheat your oven to 350°
2. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, and vanilla pudding.
3. Blend in eggs and mix until creamy.
4. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture one cup at a time. Mix thoroughly.
5. Add thawed strawberries (chop them up a bit) and 3/4 cup of the juice. Mix well. Pour into two greased loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350° F for 50-60 minutes.
Let cool on baking racks before eating! Makes two loaves of bread.
