Strawberry Pie

This strawberry pie recipe is straightforward and simple to make. Try it tonight.

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup boiling water
3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 ready made pie crust (6-8 inches)

Instructions:

Combine the sugar, corn starch, and water in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons of gelatin. Set aside to cool.

Clean berries and put in baked pie crust. Place in refrigerator while sauce cools.

Remove pie crust from the refrigerator and pour the cooled mixture over the strawberries.

Return to refrigerator for at least an hour.
