Crush berries until a small amount of juice forms. Place in a medium saucepan;
bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes.
Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat, add the sweetner and mix well. Adjust sweetner to taste.
Pour into jars or plastic containers.
