Fresh Salsa Recipe with Strawberries

Fruit Salsa Recipe
1/2 red onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
4 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
1 pint strawberries
5 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the onion, peppers and coriander. Hull and slice the strawberries. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
Serve at room temperature!
Strawberry Salsa Recipe
1 pint fresh strawberries
3 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 chile pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Triple Sec
2 tablespoons tequila
1 teaspoon dried red chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Hull and slice the strawberries into small pieces. Chop the peppers, tomatoes and cilantro.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to mix.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
